Temporary Use Agreement between the City of Dania Beach and the Dania Entertainment Center LLC (DEC) for Temporary Parking Servicing Frost Park.

Description of Action

The parking on Fronton Boulevard serves the nearby Frost Park.  The plan for Fronton Boulevard relocates the parking on the east side of Fronton Boulevard to the West side of Fronton with additional parking for Frost Park.

The existing Frost Park parking will be in conjunction with the new Fronton Boulevard.  The proposed agreement will allow the Frost Park visitors to use 60 to 100 parking spaces on the Dania Jai Alai parking lot near the Southeast corner of Fronton Boulevard and Northeast 2nd Street.  The proposed agreement also includes provisions for maintenance, liability, use, indemnification and other provisions required by the administration and City Attorney.
